GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE

Spinning®
Motivational music will move you through an inspirational indoor cycling workout. Burn serious calories while toning your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. (Beginners should arrive early for help with bike setup!
ZUMBA®
Are you ready to dance yourself into shape? An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party. It never was so much fun to lost weight! New songs every week!
Yoga
Create balance in the body through the performance of basic postures. Develop strength and increase flexibility while focusing on breathing and relaxation. For all ages and abilities.
Pilates Fusion
Power up your ordinary Pilates using stability ball, body bar and more for a total body workout! You will improve strength, increase flexibility and core stability and enhance posture while improving muscle tone for a longer, leaner physique. You will leave feeling powerful!
Interval Insanity
An insane interval workout that involves alternating high intensity exercises with low intensity strength training to build endurance and burn insane calories. Brave enough to face the insanity?
Kickboxing Bootcamp
 A combination of cardio kickboxing with punching bags and weights and traditional boot camp drills for a fast-paced, calorie-blasting workout that will slowly build your strength and endurance for the best you that you can be. 
Total Body
Combine muscle conditioning with light cardio to boost your metabolism, burn calories and lose weight. Sculpt and tone your entire body using free weights, body bars, barbells, medicine balls, stability balls, bosu balls, resistance bands and kettle bells. Class varies per instructor...never the same workout! 
Barre Fusion
Class Barre meets extreme with the addition of interval training! Let’s start with Barre…a fusion of strength and isometric training along with Ballet, Yoga and Pilates for a full body workout like no
other. Now add low impact cardio and you have BARRE AMP’D...for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit…fast. 
Koga
 A combination of Kickboxing and Yoga along with Koga Fitness movements into a high energy, heart
pumping full body workout for all levels and ages. Using core training, balance and stability training,
functional training, cardiovascular training, strength and resistance training, Koga is so much more than just stretching and kicking. “The best of two fitness worlds come together in one great workout.”

Gladiator Bootcamp

The Gladiator Bootcamp is a 60 minute class that incorporates light to moderate weight training as well as cardio training! This class will have its members feel as though they are part of a team! This high-energy program will help people with goals of weight loss, muscle gain, fat burning, and overall health improvements. Once a member of this program you can also expect to be added to a private Fitness page to help with your goals and keep you motivated, along with nutritional pointers to help MAXIMIZE your fitness goal! Coach Caesar is at your disposal when you join this program to answer any questions and help you along the way. Become a GLADIATOR today! What are you waiting for?!

UFX Boxing

UFX Boxing is a 60 minute high intensity boxing class! Are you looking to get in great shape and have fun while doing it? Our UFX Boxing classes will help you build strength as well as lose body fat and gain confidence! In these classes you will learn proper footwork, technique, and self defense. These classes will challenge you and are sure to leave you drenched in sweat from head to toe!

Fit Kids

The Fit Kids program is for children ages 5-12 years old. This is great to get your child meeting new kids their age, making new friends, as well as keeping them active! This program surrounds your child in a fun and challenging atmosphere with positive reinforcements, and also teaches them basics on staying healthy that they will be able to use for the rest of their lives! Your child will be doing team drills, improving their strength and overall wellness, and will be taught by motivated coaches in a structured learning environment. Let's get your child in the routine of staying healthy as well as having fun!
