JOLT is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style program designed to create maximum results in a short period of time.
Motivational music will move you through an inspirational indoor cycling workout. Burn serious calories while toning your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. (Beginners should arrive early for help with bike setup!
Our 30’ x 100’ turf area will feature several different types of conditioning classes for people of all ages, levels, abilities...and will be amazingly FUN!
