Hey everyone! I’m Jason Gordon, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer at Unique Fitness in Holbrook.
I specialize in Strength & Conditioning Training and Sports Performance Training, helping individuals build strength, enhance athletic performance, and push past their limits. My background in sports has shaped the way I train, teaching me valuable lessons about discipline, perseverance, and the power of a strong mindset. Over the years, I discovered my "why," and it became crystal clear—"To make today better than yesterday, and to create a better tomorrow than today." I challenge everyone I work with to get 1% better every single day and strive for greatness in everything they do.
I’ve been active my entire life—fitness and sports have always been my sanctuary. My passion for training started over five years ago, but my leadership journey began long before that. Growing up, I was often called a “future leader,” though I didn’t fully grasp what that meant at the time. As I matured, I learned that true leadership isn’t just about guiding others—it’s about knowing the way, going the way, and showing the way.
As a coach and mentor, nothing excites me more than helping people feel strong, confident, and capable. I believe that hard work and effort are earned, not given—and when you commit to the process, everything pays off. One of the most valuable lessons I learned from my college football coach was:
"Before you can win, you have to stop doing the things that make you lose."
That mindset has stuck with me, and now, I pass it on to my clients. Whether it’s eliminating bad habits, overcoming self-doubt, or pushing past obstacles, I’m here to help you break through barriers and level up.
