 Meet Cathe 9am - 2pm
Cathe Friedrich is a long time ACE certified fitness professional, entrepreneur, gym owner and leading innovator in the home exercise video industry. Cathe is the founder of Cathe dot Com, one of the largest and most-visited fitness websites. She has created and produced over 300 advanced workout videos and 270 livestream workouts making her fitness video library the largest independently owned video library to date. Her award-winning workouts have been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fox Business News, Shape, Oxygen and Self, to name a few. Cathe has also appeared on fitness podcasts, talk shows and QVC. Cathe’s dedication to her craft and to the fitness industry led to her induction into the Fitness Hall of Fame in 2011 held at the Arnold Classic in 2011 in Columbus, Ohio. Cathe continues to stay cutting edge through her CatheLive streaming channel, OnDemand offerings, mobile video apps and social media pages.

9:30am - PHA (Peripheral Heart Action Training)
There's no time for downtime in this workout! You’ll alternate from lower body to upper body with very short rest periods between exercises to keep your heart rate up for cardiovascular and fat-burning benefits! Every muscle group gets its chance to push hard, recover and then push hard again. The results will speak for themselves! 

11:30am - BOOTCAMP CIRCUIT
Get ready to get sweaty! In this workout you’ll hit round after round of intense cardio and strength movements. Each of six rounds consists of one to two minute of the following components: cardio, lower body, upper body and core segments. Variation in equipment and exercise selection will leave no muscle untouched and no calorie uncrushed!

I have been training now for almost 15 years which has led me to accomplish things that I didn’t think were even possible. Becoming the first IFBB physique pro in history, Winning the first ever Ms. Physique Olympia, being featured on several magazine covers, having my own training column, owning my own gym, clothing line, supplement line, and even making it on America Ninja Warrior. Some of these achievements still seem crazy to me. But with lifting and becoming confident in myself, everything I ever set out for (and some) I have accomplished. I want to help you accomplish any and all of your goals, one workout at a time!
