I provide my clients with an approachable, comprehensive program that not only focuses on personal fitness goals but also helps them to reach optimal levels of health-related fitness. I take a functional approach to training, addressing proper dynamic posture, stabilization, and core function. I primarily use free weights, cables, resistance bands, and body weight for resistance training. I also use the TRX suspension training system, and the TRX Rip Trainer, and incorporate power and reactive neuromuscular training where appropriate. 


While striving toward their fitness goals, I encourage my clients to make lifestyle changes to improve their cardiovascular and muscular endurance, joint range of motion, nutrition, and stress management. When making this comprehensive effort that is consistent with their goals, they are able to successfully reach and maintain optimal levels of health and fitness.
