I have been working in the fitness and personal training industry for more than 20 years. Utilizing innovative instructional techniques, my training sessions focus on transforming the body as well as the mind. Throughout my workouts, I focus on teaching, challenging and, most importantly, motivating my clients to achieve the best that they can, no matter their age or fitness level. I have a passion for training athletes who have the drive and desire to push the limits, as well as clients who simply just want to get in shape. Whatever your goals are (sport specific, losing weight or just becoming the best you there is) I can help you achieve them. I am AFAA certified and have specialized certifications in spinning (Mad Dogg), TRX, rip trainer and kettlebells.
